2. OPENING AN ACCOUNT

In cases, where a customer has placed a combined stake with accumulated winnings for events both, completed and those which have not occurred yet during the times that the customer’s residing territory has been included into the forbidden territories list, Tigerbetz.com will exclude the events, not yet completed, from the betting coupon and treat the settled events as they stand by re-computing the odds respectively. Taking into consideration afore mentioned, after re-computing, where a customer has a positive balance, such will be paid out to him/her in accordance to the Terms sections 6 'Payments' and 6 'Winnings'.

2.12 Employees, former employees of service providers and/or affiliated people are not permitted to open betting accounts and cannot exploit the services and promotions of Tigerbetz.com. Same rules apply to family members of the above mentioned. Violation of this rule will result in the account being permanently closed and the referred accounts will be considered as fraudulent. Any winnings derived from such activities will be deemed as forfeited by the account holder and only the deposited amount will be returned to the account holder.

2.13 Tigerbetz.com will not tolerate any language which is considered to be defamatory, abusive, obscene, racist, sexist, discriminatory, or other way offensive towards any Company staff and reserves the right to close accounts without any warning should such incident take place.

3. YOUR PERSONAL GAMING ACCOUNT

3.1 The name on Your Account must match Your true, legal name and identity. Your financial transactions (account funding options) must match the name of the credit card or other payment accounts through which You fund the account or withdraw money from Your account. Any inconsistency in name details between your gaming and depositing accounts will be considered as a breach of The Terms, and your account balance will be the subject to suspension on such occasion.

3.2 Our Know Your Customer program requires all customers with deposits and withdrawals to submit proof of identity, proof of address and payment ID where applicable at any given time. You authorize us and our agents to make any relevant inquiries of you and for us to use and disclose information to any third party whom we consider necessary in order to validate the information you provide to us in accordance with these Agreements, i.e., ordering a credit report and/or otherwise verifying the information against third party databases. In addition, to facilitate these Security Reviews, you agree to provide such information or documentation as we, at our unrestricted discretion, may request. Whilst we are undertaking any Checks from time to time, we may restrict you from withdrawing funds from your account and/or prevent access to all or certain parts of Tigerbetz.com Services. Please note that we may from time to time re-perform the Checks for regulatory, security or other business reasons.

3.4 It is an offence under the Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing Act 2006 to provide false and misleading information about your identity. As a result, in certain circumstances, where the originally supplied documents have been considered unsatisfactory, are suspected to be fraudulent or suspected to be obtained from a third party to perform illegal operations over the Internet, contain information only in the country’s local language (excluding English), we may have to contact You and ask You to provide further information or information in the internationally accepted format, including but not limited to requesting official translations of legal documents with appropriate seals, in order to complete the Checks. This process will involve checking the disclosed details against certain (public or private) databases. 3.7 Tigerbetz.com does not permit registration of more than one (1) account in connection with your use of site’s Services including but not limited to its web-based version. If you register for or create multiple accounts, Tigerbetz.com reserves the right to terminate any and all account(s) held by you. Should Tigerbetz.com believe, using its absolute and sole discretion, that you have:

registered and/or used more than one account; and/or
acted in collusion with one or more other individuals through a number of different Tigerbetz.com accounts to play on the same combination of matches/events (regardless of whether or not such bets are struck separately, at a range of different prices or on different days) or games in an attempt to exceed the maximum pay-out for an individual account holder across linked accounts, it reserves the right to withhold any winnings arising from such behavior.

3.8 Tigerbetz.com reserves the right to confiscate any funds or winnings created by fraudulent activity related to multiple accounts. Should We have reasonable grounds to believe that multiple accounts have been opened with the intention to defraud Tigerbetz.com, we reserve the right to cancel any transaction related to said fraud attempts. Any accounts containing but not limited to the same personal information, bank account, IP address or else shall be considered "Duplicate Accounts". Any Duplicate Accounts may be closed by us immediately; account balances will be deemed as forfeited by the holder. In such an event the deposit will be the subject to control check form the Tigerbetz.com In case where fortification of the documents or any other account related fraudulent activities have led Tigerbetz.com to suffer any losses, the equaling amount will be withdrawn from the deposit of the player.

4. UTILIZATION CONDITIONS FOR YOUR USE OF TIGERBETZ.COM SERVICES

4.1 You understand that you may lose money on placed bets and accept that you are fully responsible for any such loss. You accept that under no circumstances will any amounts lost by you under any bet be recoverable from us.

4.2 It is your responsibility to verify that you are permitted to bet with us according to the jurisdiction of your domicile or habitual residence and/or in which you are located and you agree that you will not bet with us while you are located in a jurisdiction which prohibits you from betting with us.

4.3 You undertake to use our services for legitimate betting purposes only. You undertake not to:

engage in any activity which has the purpose or effect of causing damage to or in any way hindering our business operations or generating or increasing a liability on us, including without limitation any tax, levy or duty collecting authority;
transmit information that assists in the placing of bets or wagers on any games or sporting event or contest from any territory where it is illegal to do so; and/ or
procure or otherwise arrange, whether directly or indirectly, for a third party to transmit information that assists in the placing of bets or wagers on any game, sporting event or contest from any territory where it is illegal to do so;
disguise or interfere in any way with the IP address of the computer you are using to access the site or otherwise take steps to prevent us from correctly identifying the actual IP address of the computer you are using whilst accessing the site;
register a betting account using other than their own personal information;
act on behalf of a third party;
deposit money derived from illegal operations;
deposit money using a credit card that is not authorized for the customer to use. Commit fraud together with a third party and conspire to use such credit card to obtain money;
use personal or third-party accounts for money laundering or other illegal activities;
sell-off transfer account to others.

4.4 You declare with in each deposit made by You, the deposited funds rightfully belong to you and that these funds have not been obtained or are derive from any illegal means. Tigerbetz.com retains the right to request additional source of funds based on a case-by-case basis.

4.5 It is important to note that due to the current anti-money-laundering regulations, the player may deposit money into the Tigerbetz.com account only for recreational purposes, i.e., to play and use our Services. 4.7 Necessary steps towards any and every account will be performed to examine financial habits and behavior to evaluate customer transactions legitimacy according to the Tigerbetz.com's Terms and Conditions and for the customers' risk profile.

4.8 Tigerbetz.com Services are meant only to be used for recreation purposes for all users. If Tigerbetz.com suspects any account being used for any purposes other than recreational, the account may be limited as per Tigerbetz.com commercial decision under risk management protocols.

4.9 Tigerbetz.com has a strict anti-fraud policy and utilizes various anti-fraud tools and techniques. If the player is suspected of fraudulent actions including, but not limited to:

participating in any type of collusion with other players;
development of strategies aimed at gaining of unfair winnings;
fraudulent actions against other online casinos or payment providers;
low risk roulette play where the player betting equal stakes for both black/red or even/odd covering 25 or more out of 37 numbers on the table (Placing bets on black/red only covers 36 of 37 possible numbers);
chargeback transactions with a credit card or denial of some payments made;
creating two or more accounts;
other types of cheating

or becomes a bankrupt in the country of their residence, tigerbetz.com reserves the right to terminate such Player Account and suspend all payouts to the player. 4.10 We reserve the right to retain payments if suspicion or evidence exists of manipulation of the casino system. Criminal charges will be brought against any user or any other person(s) who has/have manipulated the casino system or attempted to do so. We reserve the right to terminate and/or, change any games or events being offered on the Website.

4.11 Should you become aware of any possible errors or incompleteness in the software, you agree to refrain from taking advantage of them. Moreover, you agree to report to Us any error or incompleteness immediately. 5. DISCLOSURE OF USERNAME, PASSWORD, (TIGERBETZ.COM’s) PERSONAL ACCOUNT DETAILS

5.1 Customers are advised to create a minimum 6-character password containing numbers and letters. Customers should refrain from choosing a password that is similar to their username or any other common information.

5.2 The username, password and other registered information on your personal accounts elected by you during registration for membership should not be disclosed to any third party. In case where a third party has gained access to your personal account with the Tigerbetz.com by any means other than Tigerbetz.com , you are solely responsible for the state of your funds and any personal information stored in your account.

5.3 You agree to keep your username, password and other personal information secret and confidential and to disallow the use of it to any third party.

5.4 It is the customers’ responsibility to ensure the safe keeping of their username and security details. If there is a suspected violation, customers are required to take necessary measures to cancel their previous security information and request new log-in details.

5.5 Customers are required to provide the correct user details when logging in or communicating with Tigerbetz.com.

6. PAYMENTS

6.1 It is possible to deposit money to Tigerbetz.com account by transferring via mobile phone number. Notification of new payment methods will be made on our homepage and sent by e-mail as they are added. For each new depositing method, the Terms and Conditions will be updated accordingly.

6.2 The maximum amount the player is allowed to deposit without having completed Source of Funds / Source of Wealth documentation will be 5,000 EUR (or the equivalent in the player account currency) per day / 24 hours. Any deposits above said maximum amount may be cancelled and returned by Tigerbetz.com. All deposits must be wagered through at least one time before being withdrawn.

6.3 Bank transactions are made by sending from the account to the registered mobile phone number. This is a fast and secure way of sending money and can be made through Your designated bank found on the deposit page. Full details on the process of this transaction can be found on the corresponding deposit page from your chosen bank.

6.4 Once the deposit request is made and the form fully complete, it may take between 5 minutes and up to 1 hour for the funds to reach Tigerbetz.com accounts. Any delay over this period should be reported to Tigerbetz.com customer support.

6.5 Players are only permitted to use their personal information and personal bank accounts. Players are responsible to ensure the information given on the deposit form is correct.

6.8 The maximum withdrawal amount processed to the Player is 25,000 €/$ (or currency equivalent) per week (7 days) and 100,000 €/$ (or currency equivalent) per month (30 days), unless otherwise specified in the Terms and Conditions of a specific promotion.

Exceptions may be made to players with a higher VIP level, if any, at our sole discretion. If you win more than €100,000, we reserve the right to divide the payout into monthly instalments of maximum €100,000 until the full amount is paid out.

All progressive jackpot wins will be paid in full.

6.9 Tigerbetz.com may reject a withdrawal request if the suspicion arises that funds are being withdrawn for any fraudulent or money laundering reasons, pending the outcome of an internal investigation. Notwithstanding the maximum withdrawal amount as defined in this article, the maximum withdrawal amount is limited by the limitations set by the payment method chosen by the Player when placing a deposit.

6.10 Providing there are no discrepancies in your withdrawal request, the withdrawal request will be processed within 24 hours, with the exception of a progressive jackpot payout which may take up to one week. The time-frame is not guaranteed and delays may occur from time-to-time (account and information verification, public holidays, bank working hours etc.).

6.11 Your account will be debited the moment you make the withdrawal request. Withdrawal requests can be made each day.

6.12 If a problem occurs with your withdrawal request, the process will be cancelled and the funds re-instated to Your account.

6.13 If there is a bonus amount in your account, you must first satisfy the turn-over terms of the bonus before making a withdrawal request.

6.14 Players can only make a withdrawal request once they fully use their initial deposit amount.

6.15 Player information provided on the withdrawal form must be identical to the player data held by Tigerbetz.com. Withdrawal requests made to other parties will not be taken into consideration.

7. ELECTRONIC SERVICES PROVIDER

7.1 In order to use the Services of Tigerbetz.com, you will be required to send money to and may be required to receive money from us. We may use third-party electronic payment processors and/or financial institutions ('ESPs') to process such financial transactions. You irrevocably authorize us, as necessary, to instruct such ESPs to handle account deposits and withdrawals from your account and you irrevocably agree that We may give such instructions on your behalf in accordance with your requests as submitted using the relevant feature on our platforms.

7.2 You agree to be bound by the regulations imposed by each applicable ESP. In the event of conflict between these Agreements and the ESP's regulations, these Agreements shall prevail.

8. WINNINGS

8.1 The bet office finalizes the calculations on the initial results. Subsequent disqualifications and cancellations will not affect the calculations.

8.2 The earnings will be multiplied by the identified rates.

8.3 The winnings will be transferred to player accounts once the bets are completed.

8.4 Customers are liable to inform Tigerbetz.com of any and all additional credits to their account as a result of incorrect transactions. Otherwise, any and all earnings associated to this transaction will be revoked and funds reversed to Tigerbetz.com company’s account.

8.5 Where the user's account falls below zero balance after a previously closed bet is recalculated, the player must deposit to bring the account balance to zero or above. Until this is done Tigerbetz.com will block the account.

8.6 The account the customer will use for withdrawal needs to be under the customer’s name. Otherwise, withdrawal requests will not be taken into consideration.

8.7 The player acknowledges and accepts not to make cancellation or refund requests to the payment method used for making a deposit. In an event where a deposit process is refunded or reimbursed to the user, Tigerbetz.com will take action to receive full payment including costs from any accounts that were used for improper deposits. Any improper transactions identified where the account is used for any transactions other than betting activities to transfer funds to the player account will result in Tigerbetz.com requesting additional fees from the customer for costs incurred (regardless of whether the account is suspended).

9. LIVE BETTING

9.1 Any statistics displayed during a live event (i.e. Score, time etc.) is only intended for general information. There is no guarantee to the validation and should not be considered when placing bets.

9.2 The wagered bets will be held in pending mode and then will either be accepted or cancelled.

9.3 Bets in the pending mode will be cancelled if during the time a significant change has taken place in the market.

9.4 Tigerbetz.com reserves the right to suspend bets to any market without prior notification.

9.5 Where Tigerbetz.com has reasonable doubt to believe bets being wagered after the results are posted or wagered during a technical malfunction that provides the user with an unfair advantage by placing wrong odds, Tigerbetz.com, in these circumstances reserves the right to countermand the bets.

9.6 ‘Suspicious betting’ refers to where We have reasonable grounds to believe that a single or number of bets have been placed in suspicious circumstances. This shall include, but not be limited to:

Where there is an excessive frequency and/or highly unusual pattern of bets (when compared with betting norms) placed on the same selection(s) in a short space of time;
Where there is an excessive frequency and/or highly unusual pattern of bets placed on the same selection(s) and where the theoretical probability of said selection(s) winning at the time of bet(s) placement, based on the odds offered at the time of bet placement, is largely inconsistent with the theoretical probability of the same selection(s) winning calculated using their starting prices;
Where the integrity of one or more events has been called into question, including, but not limited to where one (or more) of the participants in an event displays exceptional form which we reasonably believe was known to you, or someone connected to you, at the time you placed the bet, and that information was concealed from the public generally in order to gain an unfair advantage in any bets placed on that event(s);
Where we have reasonable grounds to suspect that a bet or a string of connected bets were not placed by you physically, but robotically or by automated means, or otherwise than through the account holder placing each bet manually via their account;
Where we reasonably believe you have used unfair external factors or influences connected with the event(s) the subject of any bet(s);
Where we reasonably suspect that you have opened duplicate accounts, or that second or subsequent accounts are under common control with your account, with a view to concealing the true worth, nature or pattern of bets placed by you or on your behalf. This is applicable even if second or subsequent accounts are opened under different names;
Where we reasonably believe that you are acting in connection with others, or that you are acting other than on your own behalf;
Where we reasonably believe that bets have been placed from a location or device other than the location or device which you claim to have used to place a bet.

In the case of any of the activities listed above, and without restricting our ability to rely on other remedies available, the following actions may be taken, depending on the circumstances:

Request further information from you as may reasonably be required to investigate whether your actions constitute suspicious betting;
Suspend or withhold payment of any amounts (or any parts thereof) pending the receipt by us of satisfactory evidence from you that determines that a bet does not constitute a suspicious bet. For example - where We suspect that a bet(s) may have been placed robotically or by automated means, we may require you to provide reasonable evidence that each bet was placed manually by you via your account. You further acknowledge and accept that we reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to collect and process any information in connection with your betting patterns, personal data, depositing of funds and any other related information and inquiries that will help us to investigate any suspected breach of these Terms;
Suspend or withhold payment of any amounts (or any parts thereof), usually for no longer than 30 days, but where relevant for such longer period of time as may reasonably be required (for example - pending any investigations by us, any sport’s governing body, a gambling regulator, a law enforcement authority or any other third party);
Void a bet(s), including multiples, prior to the event. Where possible, we shall communicate to you in advance that the bet(s) has (or have) been voided prior to the (first) event related to the bet(s);
Calculate any winnings based on the starting price of the event(s) the subject of the bet(s). We shall communicate to You in advance that any bet(s) will be settled at the starting price, where possible;
Where there is an inordinate frequency and/or unusual pattern of Bets placed on the same selection(s) in a short space of time (and where We have reasonable grounds to suspect that the bets are connected bets) limit the payment of winnings. Where necessary such limitation will be applied across multiple accounts to the maximum payout for individual bets on any particular market or markets;
Where we have reasonable grounds to believe that you have participated in, or have been connected with, any type of suspicious betting, We shall use all reasonable avenues to investigate, including the use of various collusion, suspicious betting, fraud and cheating detection practices which are used in the gambling industry;
We reserve the right to terminate an account if we reasonably suspect any of the activities described in connection with that account;
Where a bet is deemed to be void (or is declared as void) by us prior to an event, any sum deducted from your account with respect to that bet shall be credited to Your account;
We reserve the right to seek to recover from you any losses we suffer that are directly or indirectly connected to suspicious betting practices. This right is without prejudice to any other rights (including common law rights) that we may have against you, whether under Terms of Use or otherwise;
We will not be liable under any circumstances whatsoever for any loss You or any other person may incur as a result of the behavior described in this section. We also reserve the right to take any other actions in the case of suspicious bets but are not obliged to do so.

10. PRIVACY

Such subscription can be cancelled at any time by the player. If the player would like to cancel the communications on products, he will be deleted from the mailing list within three days after receipt of an email sent to Tigerbetz.com contact e-mail addresses with the word "UNSUBSCRIBE" in the reference line.

11.2 All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to the terms and conditions made available when communicating the bonus offer. In principle, all bonuses and offers refer only to the individual recipient of the promotional communication and may be used only once during a stipulated time frame. Promotional offers cannot be redeemed in cash but remain subject to the specific bonus conditions. Tigerbetz.com reserves the unlimited right to reclaim any bonuses and promotional offers as well as the winnings decried from such bonuses if the player has obtained the offer by fraud or devious means.

11.3 If groups of players acting in collusion or as a syndicate or individual players who register several times, set up fictitious accounts or use front men attempting to take unfair advantage of the bonus offers, Tigerbetz.com reserves the right to bonus amounts, cancel any winnings made with these bonus offers, and close accounts. Non-recreational players and those trying to misuse bonus promotions are restricted from the promotions. Tigerbetz.com reserves the right to terminate or change any bonus offer at any time.

12. FRAUDULENT ACTIVITIES, PROHIBITED TRANSACTIONS AND DEPOSIT CONFIRMATIONS

12.1 We have a zero-tolerance policy towards inappropriate play and fraudulent activity. This includes, but is not limited to; game manipulation or payment fraud, or manipulation of the multi-currency facilities, fraudulent payment, including but not limited to the use of stolen credit cards, or any other fraudulent activity (i.e. chargeback or other reversal of a payment) or prohibited transaction (i.e. money laundering) or the failure on the part of your bank or ESP to honor your transactions. Any such fraudulent activity will have its result in account closure. Any winnings derived from such activities will be revoked and the deposited amount will be a matter of further checks by Tigerbetz.com and may not be returned to the account holder.

12.2 If, in our sole determination, you are found to have cheated or attempted to defraud us and/or the Group or any other user of any of Tigerbetz.com Services in any way, we reserve the right to suspend and/or close your account and recover bad debts using any method which is lawfully available to us including, but not limited to:

debiting the amount owed by you from your account;
instructing third party collections agencies to collect the debt. This may have a detrimental impact on your credit rating and will require us to share your personal information (including your identity) with the appropriate agencies.

13. FORFEITURE & ACCOUNT CLOSURE

13.1 We reserve the right, at our unrestricted discretion and in relation to your account, any related ESP (as that term is defined at clause 7.1 and 7.2) account, any accounts you may have with other sites and/or casinos and/or services owned or operated by or on our behalf and, in the case of your use of the gaming services, any services that have the shared game/table platform, to terminate these agreements, withhold your account balance, suspend your account, and recover from such account the amount of any affected payouts, bonuses and winnings if:

you are in breach of any of these Agreements;
we become aware that You have used or attempted to use the Services for the purposes of fraud, collusion (including in relation to charge-backs) or unlawful or improper activity (including, without limitation, any manipulation of the multi-currency facilities);
we become aware that You have played at any other online gaming site or services and are suspected of fraud, collusion (including in relation to charge-backs) or unlawful or improper activity;
you have 'charged back' or denied any of the purchases or deposits that you made to your account;
you become bankrupt or equivalent proceedings occur anywhere in the world;
it is proven by the relevant courts with a verdict entered into legal force that you have violated international or local money laundering provisions.

14. ENTIRE AGREEMENT, MODIFICATION AND AMENDMENTS

14.1 You fully understand and agree to be bound by these Agreements and as modified and/or amended by us. We may amend these Agreements at any time without prior notification of the new terms, however, all the new Terms and Conditions will be published or/and modified on the relevant page of the Tigerbetz.com or any location through which you access the Services. Any such modification will take effect within fifteen (15) days of publication. If any modification is unacceptable to you, you may terminate your Agreements with Tigerbetz.com by closing your account. Your continued use of the Services following the change of terms and conditions or Agreements between you and Tigerbetz.com and/or once the modification has been implemented will be deemed as acceptance of the modifications.

14.2 It is your sole responsibility to review these Agreements and any amendments each time You access the Services. Any modified Agreements (and the documents referred to therein) represent the complete and final Agreement between You and Us and supersede any and all prior Agreements between You and Us.

15. TRANSFER OF RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS

15.1 Given the fact that an account is personal to that specific player, whereby the player has been identified, and that also the method of payments of any winnings is connected to the player itself, in order to avoid possible money laundering, terrorist financing or other crimes, the player may not assign, sublicense or otherwise transfer or encumber in any manner whatsoever any of his/her rights or obligations under these Terms.

15.2 In case the player encumbers any of his/her rights under the Terms, the player shall forfeit all his/her rights under these Terms towards Tigerbetz.com.

15.3 In case by law, or by decision of a court the transfer of rights and/or obligations of the player is deemed legal, all withdrawals shall be done through the same payment method and payment details chosen by the player when placing a deposit, to ensure compliance with anti-money laundering policies and regulation.

16. COMPLAINTS, DISPUTES AND ALTERNATIVE DISPUTE RESOLUTION

16.1 If any dispute arises out of the agreement governed by these terms and conditions, a representative of the director of Tigerbetz.com , will, within fourteen (14) workings days of a written request from the Player to Tigerbetz.com or when the director of Tigerbetz.com has been made aware of such a written request (should a representative of the director of Tigerbetz.com not be/have been directly addressed) enter into good faith conversations in effort to resolve the dispute.

16.2 If the dispute is not wholly resolved after the abovementioned conversations, the parties agree to enter into mediation in good faith to settle such a dispute and will do so in accordance with the laws of Curacao. Unless otherwise agreed between the parties, within fourteen (14) working days of the aforementioned agreement to enter into mediation, the mediator will be nominated by the director of Tigerbetz.com. To initiate the mediation a party must give notice in writing to the other party to the dispute, referring the dispute to mediation (hereinafter "Mediation Notice").

16.3 Unless otherwise agreed, the mediation will start not later than four (4) weeks after the date of the Mediation Notice.

16.4 No party may commence any court proceedings/arbitration in relation to the dispute arising out of the agreement governed by these terms and conditions until it has attempted to settle the dispute by mediation and either the mediation has terminated, or the other party has failed to participate in the mediation, provided that the right to issue proceedings is not prejudiced by a delay.

17. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms are governed by, and interpreted in accordance with, the laws of Curacao and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Curacao to settle any disputes (including claims for set off and counterclaims) which may arise in connection the creation, validity, effect, interpretation or performance of, or the legal relationships established by or otherwise arising in connection with these Terms.

18. MISCELLANEOUS

18.1 Please note that these Terms and Conditions of Tigerbetz.com Services shall prevail in the event of any conflict between these Terms of Tigerbetz.com Services and any of the game rules or other documents referred to in these Terms.

18.2 IF THESE AGREEMENTS ARE TRANSLATED INTO ANOTHER LANGUAGE, THE ENGLISHLANGUAGE VERSION WILL PREVAIL IN THE EVENT OF ANY CONFLICT BETWEEN THE TRANSLATION AND THE ENGLISH LANGUAGE VERSION.
